Terms of Use

Qrcount provides enterprise QR code generation, tracking, authentication, and analytics services. Our platform is designed for business use and includes dashboard access, API integration, and related enterprise features.

4. Service Availability

6. Limitation of Liability

Qrcount's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the enterprise service agreement. Data export assistance will be provided during the transition period.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to customers with at least 30 days notice.
